From Skeptic to Believer: Why You Should Trust Your Practitioner

I know I felt the same way too. At least, I used to.
Before I went to school for Traditional Chinese Medicine, I saw multiple practitioners. Chiropractors, Naturopaths, holistic healthcare providers. And they would all tell me I needed supplements.
I thought they were just trying to make money off of me.
But I couldn't have been more wrong.
The truth is, the supplements and herbal formulas recommended by trusted providers are significantly different from what you find on store shelves. Yes, they can be more expensive, but that’s because they’re often third-party tested, backed by research, and free from unnecessary dyes, fillers, and low-quality ingredients.
The reality is, most of us do need some level of supplementation. Our food sources aren’t what they used to be. Our adrenal glands need support. Our sleep cycles are disrupted. And we’re often left turning to medications with harsh side effects when more natural solutions exist.
So yes, I get it. I was skeptical too.
But now that I’m on the other side, I understand why practitioners are so passionate about what they recommend. We care deeply about your health, and that includes the quality of what you put in your body.
Please don’t order your supplements from random online sources. You may not be getting what you think you are.
Trust your provider. We truly want what’s best for you!
As always, we got you! Give us a call or book online to have one of our providers help you incorporate Traditional Chinese Medicine into your life!
